Attn: Girls in STEAM – conference March 28th

Girls in STEAM (GiS) a Canadian nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing access to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education for girls, women, gender-diverse individuals, and the LGBTQ+ community.

We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for students to participate in the upcoming InnovateHER Conference on March 28th, 2026. This event is designed to inspire and empower students passionate about STEAM through engaging talks, hands-on workshops, and valuable networking sessions. We believe this conference will be an excellent fit for high school students looking to connect with peers and professionals, as well as grow their skills and knowledge in the STEAM fields.

The InnovateHER Conference will feature dynamic sessions that focus on diversity, inclusion, and career readiness, providing students with an opportunity to explore the hidden curriculum of the STEAM industry and gain insights into the pathways available to them.

We are currently seeking ambassadors to join our team and help us set up, promote, and attend the conference. These ambassadors will help before, after, and during the conference.

Our website is linked here. The form for students to fill out if they are interested in becoming an ambassador is linked here.

If you have any questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Best regards,
