Student Registration for the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame Discovery Day in Health Sciences is now open. Burnaby Central is only permitted to send TWO students. So, please read the catalogue below to determine if you would like to attend. If you would like to be selected to register, please email Ms. Falsetto (laida.falsetto@burnabyschools.ca) with an expression of your interest to attend. It is recommended that you make specific references to items in the catalogue to convey why this experience is important to you. Please keep your email to less than 200 words. Please submit your email before Wednesday, October 4th, 2023 via email.
Please note that they cannot guarantee a spot in a specific workshop will be available for a student at the time of your registration, since they go on a first come first served basis.
A signed digital copy of the consent form needs to be submitted at the moment of registration (JPG or PDF). CLICK HERE FOR CONSENT FORM
The student limit (2 students per school) will be kept for two weeks, after those 2 weeks, on October 11, it will be removed, allowing for more students to use spots that have not been taken.
Another email will be sent on October 11, to let you know about extra spots.
