SECOND ROUND STUDENT REGISTRATION is now open!
The modified virtual half day program comprises a keynote lecture, an interactive workshop and a career panel discussion. As always, participants will have the opportunity to select their own workshop. Please note that, although our delivery model has been adapted temporarily, the program is still considered an individual learning opportunity and workshop spaces continue to be limited. As we have in the past, we ask you to identify select Grade 10 – 12 students interested in science to attend the event.

Two workshops were added after the initial opening of registration. The following workshops remain open:

- A05 A Day in the Life of a Registered Midwife
- A06 Getting Psyched About Psychology
- A07 Speech-Language Pathology: Beyond just talking!
- A08 Allergies and the Immune System: Why do they exist?
Student registration has been limited to three per school during first round. As a result, you are encouraged to register asap.
The student registration instructions are as follows:
STEP 1: Register for a workshop on a hidden page of the CMHF website
- Go to http://cdnmedhall.org/registration-form?id=627&sid=1602862947
- Complete some demographic questions
- Choose your workshop from a list of sessions that are available at the time of your visit to the page.
- Submit your form
- After seeing the “Thank you” screen, go to STEP 2.
STEP 2: Obtain a free ticket for the same workshop on Accelevents, the event platform we’re using to deliver the program
- Go to the BCCHRI event page on Accelevents: https://www.accelevents.com/e/cmhfbcchri
- Click ‘Sign in to obtain your free ticket’
- When prompted to enter an access code, use the ACCELEVENTS ACCESS code that corresponds to your workshop as listed in the catalogue
- Select a ‘ticket’ (it’s free) for the same workshop as you chose in step 1
- Complete the sign-in process with your name and email address (you may be prompted to create a password as well)
- Check your email for a confirmation from ACCELEVENTS
