Technovation Girls is the world’s largest global tech entrepreneurship competition for girls* age 10-18 . Technovation GirlsBC is the chapter ambassador of the province of BC. All events and workshops under the Technovation GirlsBC program are offered collaboratively by UBC Geering Up and SFU Applied Sciences Outreach. Due to the pandemic, we’ll be running our events and workshops virtually for the 2021 competition.
We’ll be running two info sessions about the competition where students, parents/guardians, teachers, and mentors can sign up to learn how they can participate in the program and how they will be supported by us throughout the program. Please see details below.
Upcoming info sessions
To learn more about the Technovation Girls 2021 competition, please feel free to sign up for one of our info sessions. Please note that these sessions are targeted towards potential and returning participants of the competition. The same information will be presented at both sessions so you will only need to sign up for one. Before signing up for our sessions, please remember to review our community guidelines for virtual programming attached with this email. There will be a mentor-only info session so stay tuned for more info!
