Deadline is March 8th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Post-Secondary Institutions (PSI) Nominations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The International Student Ambassador Scholarship for Post-Secondary Entry is for international students graduating from a B.C. public school, independent school, or certified offshore school and moving into a B.C. public post-secondary institutions or a degree program at authorized private degree granting institutions. B.C. school districts, independent schools, or certified offshore schools must nominate an international student and submit the application on the student\u2019s behalf.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Selection Criteria<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to be eligible to be nominated by a B.C. school district, independent school or certified offshore school, the international student must meet all of the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be nominated by a B.C. school district, independent school or certified offshore school<\/li>\n<li>Be intending to enter a public post-secondary institution or a degree program at an authorized private degree granting institution (see NOTE below for list of eligible institutions)<\/li>\n<li>Hold a valid passport from one of the eligible categories above (Group 1, 2 or 3)<\/li>\n<li>Achieve a high academic standard, including English language ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: Students entering programs at public post-secondary institutions and degree programs at authorized private degree-granting institutions in British Columbia are eligible for the PSI entry scholarship.
