These weekday matinee screenings of thought-provoking films are followed by a Q&amp;A with the filmmakers, producers and actors for in depth discussion about content, message and aesthetic. Viewing guides are provided to all participating teachers, offering \u00a0useful questions, activities and additional resources for integrating each program&#8217;s content into the classroom<\/p>\n<p>Fee:\u00a0Film (per student)\u00a0$5<br \/>\nFilm + Workshop* (per student)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>$8<\/p>\n<p><em>Teachers and Chaperones are free<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span class=\"aBn\" data-term=\"goog_810145491\"><span class=\"aQJ\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"line-height: 29.25px;\">Youth Media Conference<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nThis day-long conference combines a panel discussion on Representation in Popular Culture, New Perspectives (a short film program), a job fair for the local entertainment industry, and a showcase for youth-made content. The 3rd annual\u00a0Youth Media Conference\u00a0is designed to inspire young people to become creators, and will align them with the tools to engage in constructive critique\u00a0(see flyer and web for details)<\/p>\n<p>Fee: $10 \/ student in advance (pre-registration is required)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contact\u00a0education@r2rfestival.org\u00a0to register your class. Bookings will be handled on a first-come first-served basis.
