SS10 Canada Develops the West

Over the next two weeks we will be examining the impact of the new Canadian’s government’s plans to “develop” the North West Territory of North America.  Amid big plans of moving immigrants from Europe and building a railway to link Canada from Coast to Coast, were the many, many different First Nations and Metis peoples that lived in that area for more than 10,000 years.  How did the Canadian government deal with this?  What was there plan?

SS8 HONOURS

Medieval Feast – Tuesday, APRIL 10th

SS8 JAPAN

Students will be completing a Quest on their recent unit on Japan.
