{"id":3873,"date":"2021-04-06T13:26:26","date_gmt":"2021-04-06T20:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/alpha-scholarships\/?p=3873"},"modified":"2021-04-06T13:26:26","modified_gmt":"2021-04-06T20:26:26","slug":"lisa-huus-bursary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.sd41.bc.ca\/alpha-scholarships\/2021\/04\/06\/lisa-huus-bursary\/","title":{"rendered":"Lisa Huus Bursary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Each year the Huus Family, in partnership with Children\u2019s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island (formerly Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children) and generous donors, award bursaries to support the education\u00a0<b>of students with disabilities.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The purpose of the fund is to provide bursaries, in the range\u00a0<b>of $500 &#8211; $5,000 annually per recipient<\/b>, to assist persons with disabilities to undertake or continue their post-secondary education at an\u00a0<b>accredited post-secondary institution in British Columbia<\/b>.
